I am looking forward to discussing how our unique industrial-organizational psychology skill set and knowledge can serve as valuable assets during this period of massive layoffs, workforce disruptions, rapid AI advancements, and broader economic and social shifts. Industrial-organizational psychologists are particularly well-positioned to help both organizations and employees navigate these challenges. – Lesley Perkins, PhD, Managing Consultant
I am looking forward to sharing as a panelist on the topic “What Makes I-O Psychology Work in the Federal Government Unique?” This panel has room for fruitful discussion, especially now. Finally, SIOP is a space to learn about cutting-edge work in the field of I-O that can be applied to FMP as we grow and advance. I am looking forward to the wealth of knowledge I will gain from the sessions. – Roxanne Lawrence, PhD, Senior Consultant
