We’re ringing in the new year with a look back on our blogs from 2025.

Our blogs, which are 100% employee-led, reflect the technical knowledge, professional interests, and various perspectives of our workforce. Here are some highlights from the last year.

FMP published 55 blogs in 2025, that is one more blog per week than 2024. The top 5 topics were artificial intelligence (AI), Upskilling and development, Efficiency, Workforce planning,, and project & program management. 32 authors and even more contributors created the blogs.

We covered a lot of ground in 2025, but trends and strategies for harnessing the power of artificial intelligence, equipping staff with the tools they need to succeed through upskilling, fostering efficiency, strategic workforce planning, and results-driven project and program management captured our attention and our keyboards.
